is there any food that enjoy any vitamins that help surrounded by height growth that i should devour?

Answer:
I wouldn't worry more or less it...guys usually shoot up at late 17 or 18 years weak...(I'm not a guy but) my mom is only 5'4'' , my dad is 6'4'' and i am 5'11''...how high are your parents? you are probably still growing...as far as vitamins, IDK...but you know the reason that basketball players are so elevated is because they jump adjectives the time...fact- jumping over a long time of time causes your spine to stretch...and vice-versa...general public shrink when they get feeble b/c they have walk for so many years and that cause your spine to compact and shrink.
eat more protein and smaller amount carbs
you can get some hormone shots that your doctor have to subscribe.
THEIR IS NO VITAMINS THAT CAN HELP YOU GET TALLER IF IT IS IT WILL COST A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY AND ONLY THE RICH CAN AFFORD IT IF YOU PARENTS WHERE TALL MAYBE YOU GOT A CHANCE OR SOMEONE IN YOUR FAM TREE IF NOT SORRY HOMIE YOU MITE NOT GET THAT TALL UNLESS YOU HAVE SURGERY
The major factor within your height is determined by inheritance, that is, you adjectives "tall" or "short" genes from your parents. Beyond that, eat a well-balanced, on form diet and make sure you're not undernourished (not likely unless you live contained by a Third World country or live on Twinkies and French fries). You could take a multivitamin if you approaching but this isn't going to make you taller.
You might verbs to grow until you are 21 ~ I know it seems resembling forever!

Having said that, yes ~ as I already read, eat plenty of protein. And yes insuring you find all your vitamens IS momentous to help you conquer your own potential (whatever that may be ~ this may not help you to become taller than your genetic makeup, but it will engender sure you grow as much as you were expected to. PLus make sure you return with good calcium (&vitimen D and magnesium ~ see a nutritionist ~ you do not want to win too much of either of the latter, but you want to have satisfactory so that the calcium will work ~ calcium is for bone growth and needs the D and mag to work for you).

As for sources, look it up! Calcium, D and mag. will convey you it is good for strong bones and growth!

I enjoy done a lot of research contained by nutrition (hobby and business ~ not an expert though) and regardless of what anyone else will comment on, the best source of calcium as a supplement is from coral calcium from Okanawa, Japan.

You can probably get some at vigour food stores. I have some through my business... heaps other benefits.
