Destroyed my enthusiasm?

i have destroyed my life---didnt do anyhting for the later 7 years since high conservatory. been inefficient, mentally screwed up. I cant think properly on anything. Negative thoughts pop into my manager like a virus and i am going down the mound day by hours of daylight. I am 24 years old very soon. lost my mom recently.report me how to change my thinking towrads my life span goals and adjectives life? dont know what my interests are .and my physical vigour is not up to the mark either-- attitude laziness adjectives the time.eating plentifully of junk food and getting hold of a lot of extra immensity day by daytime...
i hate myself...i loathe my life...i dont know where on earth to start things...every failure added surrounded by my life's porfolio has made me a pessimistic and downcast!

Hmmmm.. Sounds similar to you could be suffering from situational depression that has sent you within a downward spiral.
You should seek out the direction of a therapist or physician... BUT for starters...
You should be your own biggest cheerleader. Negative self communicate is only going to put together your situation worse. You are competing in what is call "self fulfilling prophecies" , but you can turn this around.
Somem pessimism and irritability is normal surrounded by our lives, expecially after the loss of a loved one. However it should not overtake your life, as this seem to have.
Get thee to a doctor and steal an active role surrounded by bettering your mental and emotional form !

i can't detail you anything, except that you have to do what you want to do. if you don't want to be laid-back, and you want to do something positive with your life span, then you hold to work towards that. it won't just evolve. sorry. i have to drag myself to work every hours of daylight, then to university. i'm so effin' tired, but i'm working to doing something... not sure what exactly. but, the way you're head... i've been diagnosed near depression, but i can't just permit things fall apart. i own a daughter, which is my main motivation to hold going. find something to live for. or don't, and stay where you're at. why don't you run to a 3rd world country and try to help the nation there, and see how complicated life can really be?
wow!..perchance you should start by finding out the things you like to do,turn back to university and take a course and see if you can switch it if not maybe college is not for you.look around for job that you think you might resembling,start with the little things first similar to:improving your vigour,if you continue to munch through eat munch through all the time as you would expect your goning to gain weight..conceivably try going to the gym.think positive things.muse about how you can modernize your life style.bring back up out of bed one day and utter IM GOING TO CHANGE MY LIFE..that could be a start..hope i could help

You should definitely step see a doctor. If you talk to your GP they will be capable of prescribe you something and/or refer you to someone that can help. I be on anti depressants for five years and can't tell you the number of ways that they help me. I have gotten to a point where on earth i don't need them anymore, but am unbelievably grateful that i sought the help that i needed to turn my duration around... First, cram to love yourself. You are the most important party to you. So what if you don't know what your interests are. They are there and they will surface once you agree to them. You won't learn your interests, if you don't first love yourself. One item that you should look at is failure...it is the birth of something. Either you can allow that failure to verbs to push you into that downtrodden spiral or you can allow your failures to show you how to switch on to crawl out of that hole. You can't crawl out of that hole without a first step. Take that first step to start off to love yourself. There is no such thing as an unworthy duration. Once you begin to love yourself, you own to improve your diet. Throw out everything contained by your pantry that contributes to the hole that you are attempting to crawl out of. Now by throwing out everything, go to the store beside a shopping list of glowing fruits and vegetables. Avoid anything that is sugary including breads, rice or potatoes. So remember, the first step to doing very well your life is loving yourself, after improving the diet. So by the time you purchase full-bodied foods, you've taken 2 steps to get out of that hole. Now, do you want to thieve 2 steps backward? I hope not. Now you gotta jump for little walks so that you can rearrange your physical strength. As you gain confidence, perhaps go in a gym or begin walking more commonly or longer. I see that you have some mental or psychological problems, help yourself to care of these. Perhaps medication will help out OR since you are already improving your life span, perhaps this is adjectives you need too gain those endorphins flowing. Anyway, what happens to you is up to you. Please inaugurate to do something to take the obligatory steps out of that acrid hole.

When I lost my mom several years ago/ all I required to do is lay around and do nothing to. I have to get rotten my duff and think of what my mom looked-for me to do, she didn't want me sitting around feeling sorry for myself and man sad for her, because she is contained by a better place than we are. I just bet she would voice life go on and don't worry roughly speaking me, I am ok, so you go do what you get to do. We will meet again someday. This is my evaluation.
