Answer:
it could be tension, and the more you are worrying about them the more stressed you get so the more headaches you get. I'm sorry i know this doesnt help really, go back to your doctor and insist they do something, you cant carry on in pain all the time.
It may be from allergies not migraines, which would by why you would have Ct scans. Try OTC allergy meds.
do you get enough sleep? that can cause headaches and sometimes if you might need glasses too. watching too much tv can sometimes give you a headache and working to hard as well.
i hope the headaches clear up soon!
maybe you should get your vision checked. if you have contacts or wear glasses it could be that the prescription is not as strong as you need it to be and your eyes are straining. if you don't wear contacts or glasses it could be time for you to go get your eyes checked. also, and i know this may sound funny, but the way you wear your hair can also give you headaches.
Have you had your eyes checked lately, often this is a cause for headaches. Also low intake of fluids, water.
How much time do you look at computer screen? This could be a factor. Also, have you had your eyes checked. This could also be a factor. (My husband got them alot when he started his desk job from the computer and also needed to get glasses). My headaches usually come from stress/tension in the muscles from the shoulders to the neck...if this is the case, massage can help. My son has been getting alot of headaches lately and I think the heat has something to do with those. There could be many different causes. Hopefully you can figure something out. Best of luck.
My headache story...

I would get the occassional headache as a young adult, but after being married for some time and living with my in-laws, I developed more frequent headaches. So five years down the road, I figured out what the problem was.

I've been grinding and clenching my teeth and jaws in my sleep. I could actually see the damage to my teeth. Stress from marriage and in-laws, which was pretty suppressed, caused me to subconsciously self-destruct. My teeth grinding and jaw clenching were so bad, I kept getting unexplainable headaches. If your headaches are up the sides of your temple and quite strong, this may be it.

The solution is to get a night guard for your teeth and get stress relief. It helps, but you really need to train yourself to stop the grinding and clenching. My headaches have decreased over time.

You should check your teeth for signs of damage to the enamel. Or if you can't tell, the dentist may be able to see. The dentist could also provide a fitted nightguard - can be expensive and insurance will cover most.

Good luck!
