Its possible he has Penumonia , respiratory tract infection , meningitis , endocarditis or a bladder infection . He might be septic as resourcefully --- infection in blood . If he is using needles he might own injected bacteria into his system or might enjoy contacted HIV or Hepatitis or there might be some impurity in the Heroin which are giving him an allergic response .
The best thing is to telephone call an ambulance and take his to the local ER for treatment . If this is not a possibility afterwards he would need control of temprature right away . Remove his shirt , apply slap water compresses on his skin , chest and legs and turn the devotee on ...... can also use Motrin , tylenol to give support to lower the temprature .
