My psychoanalyst say-so that I need touch more the life... but when I entry in "disorder myself" I point in alcohol or specifically
within "green plant"

I'm not sure what you mean...here are healthy ways to 'discover' yourself...purpose, things you can do that makes you ecstatic, and things that you avoid because they would make you awful. You can start that by doing some activities and notice how you react toward them. From simple things approaching walk contained by the park and smelling roses to going out with friends and have a social life. To see what make you tick or make you merry and alive.
On the other hand, using alcohol or drugs are 'maladaptive' ways to cope beside your problems. There are other 'adaptive' ways to cope with them resembling going to therapist, going to the gym, conversation about it to a friend, doing art work...etc.

their's runners high - glorious on life - try caffeinne, or food. capture a hobby. most bad conduct are spawns of boredom - prevent boredome by using your ambitions to try new and fun things. if you want - do something audaciousness like bunjee jump. or if you aren't down with that - try volunteering it'll bide your time and abet you meet fresh people
Mushrooms are flawless, so is "green plant" but I am afraid it has to be alcohol especially gin surrounded by the morning and vodka after lunch.

We don't say 'disorder myself'. I assume you have it in mind relax yourself or relieve stress. The best way is by regularly meditate. You sit quietly at impossible to tell apart time every day, and close your eyes. Think positive thoughts for a start, and afterwards try not to think at adjectives. You'll feel wonderful after you've finished.
