Why would ones body hurt constantly?

especially your back , neck, shoulders, hips.

Answer:
How old? If young, probably stress related muscle tension.
brain problems, not enough water or sleep
That might be a reason to get a complete physical from your doctor.

bad condition and too much hard work
i ache all over all the time
If you are in your teens, growing pains... Also sitting in bad computer chair (like mine) will make you hurt all over. (like me)
too heavy, too skinny, the flu, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, bone deformity, stress, over-exercising....
The flu? Arthritis? Muscle tension?

Depends on how long it has lasted and if you have any other symptoms.
