you can't stop the itch. guys knew that (about their beards) forever. you shave any part, it itches.
you might try a moisturizer though, it does help a bit.
heck yes. try neosporin, or a razor burn cream (you can find them in the store). my solution was to stop shaving, and only trim. I can't stand the burn!

Shaving in Islam is something VERY important.. we should shave as minimum as once every 40 days.. It's normal to feel itchy at 1st, but once you get used to it you'll feel nothing AT ALL..
My Advice, NEVER use creams or medicine, there's nothing better than natural.. right?
Shaving plus healthy food (as mentioned in Qur'an) will prevent bad smell come out of your body, thus no deo will be needed too.. isn't that amazing?
