Can cell phones kill you if you answer them and talk while they are connected to charger and being charged?

Answer:
Like all electrical appliances you can receive an electrical shock from them.

If you are not familiar with electricity, allow me to explain.
It is not the voltage but the amperage that kills.

Check the amperage that the cell phone draws, it doesn't take a lot to kill.
Not in America. There was one or two cases in the world, but they were problems with fake batteries in third-world countries. See www.snopes.com for details.
only if you trip over the wire and fall and break your neck!!
I do it at least every other day and I'm still alive. So, I would say no.
Probably but only in extremely (billion to one) bizzare and unusual circumstances. No more likely that using a normal in-home corded phone
Check out snopes.com they have some myth buster asnwers there on this subject
No but they can kill you when you are talking and driving
Nope, people do it all the time, the amount of electricity coming through the cord, after going through the transformer *the box part) is very low voltage, will give you a tickle, but not kill you.
