Well, naturally, there's the danger of it lasting for a long time and damaging both the organ and the valves in the vessels which control blood flow.
I think you should first call one of the tabloids, like "National Enquirer", and get some money off of it. Then you need to get your bits to an ER, and get it treated. If you play your cards right, you can both make a bundle and get some relief.
In all seriousness, there's a reason why they advise medical treatment when they talk about drugs like Cialis and Viagra. It can really cause problems. Put on your loosest pants, and hit the ER as soon as possible. Those little valves in blood vessels which control blood flow and keep it in one place can be damaged beyond repair and make it so you can't get any blood to the area in the future. Get it taken care of.
