I keep getting facial twitching surrounded by my forehead just above my not here eyebrow. What could cause this and how can i bring back rid of it?

oh baby, how annoying that must be! my daughter have that and finally went to a doctor and he give her a shot of botox and it went away never to return. it's be about 4 years.
I don't no but I acquire it too, then it feel like pins and needles which spreads to my noes...greatly strange!
