My Mom is an alcoholic & a diabetic. She won't see a Dr. How can we make her?

I'm sorry your Mom is acting this way and I'm sorry she is so sick. You could get an ambulance to take her when she passes out. But...she can leave the hospital when she wakes up if she wants.
If you are serious, I would suggest that you speak to your other family members about doing an intervention. That's where everyone gets together and tells her she needs help and tells her they love her and don't want her to kill herself and so on. Maybe then she would go into treatment.
After all is said and done, just love her. She's your Mom.
