xbox live and cheetoes
watching tv, university, homework, swim practice, arguing w/ my mom, hanging out [rarely].
first past its sell-by date...go for a run in the morning...it'll brand some of your adrenaline pump to make you quality brighter.then hold a quick cold shower(its summer within this hemisphere). if your free these days similar to i am(waiting for college to start) then take home a list of to-do roll.i know it sounds crumy but make a physical register tht u hold in ur foot not just within ur mind...go around completing those tasks and keep crossing them sour the list. if truth be told crossing them off will endow with u motivation to cut more!(it does to me)...besides tht..since its summer dont eat fundamentally heavy or fry producing foods..like give somebody a lift apple instead of apple :)
