The child must take the pills. Try crushing it very fine if it's contained by chewable pill form, or if liquid, that's even easier. Make somewhat "milk shake" with her favorite rime cream and mix the meds with it. Be sure it's newly a small amt. at first to be sure she gets the in one piece dose of med. You can always afford her more regular milkshake. This could work with any of her favorite treats that could be mixed, mash, etc. Applesauce, peanut butter, jelly, cheese spread, juice. Good luck, and hope your princess feel better soon.
what about dissolvable meds and mix beside some juice , i have to do this .best to put it in a unlit cup so they dont see the cloudyness, otherwise if tablets crush it an put in liquid ...hope she gets better soon
Hmm..yes you might stipulation to hide her medication contained by her food....or you can try to talk to her just about why she doesn't want them, and tell her if she doesn't thieve them she won't get better...
I've crushed them and mixed them beside their food before. Also product sure your child takes a correct amount of fluids to accompany her medication as directed, to metabolize.
Poor girlie! Have you tried the dissolving scraggy strips?

Hope she takes her medication & is feeling better soon!
If the doctor prescribed something and you hold it the pharmacist to fill, influence like Target or Walmart, they can very soon add flavors to the medication for a small fee. I capture this everytime my children get sick.

If that doesn't work next you can either put the medication in the child's drink or surrounded by their food. This helps as okay.

Good Luck to you and I hope your child feels better.
I despise to say it but consult your doctor.
They may inject her I dont know
if they do shell probably hold her meds next time
sorry
biddable luck
Give her a bite of her favorite food, if you can mix meds in it or try putting it contained by her mouth and blow in her obverse she will swallow it. then furnish her a treat.
Mother of 5 here...
Some kids are more stubborn than others, but you must be firm. I don't agree with making prescription to tast like candy because it cause too many unpremeditated poisonings. Five years old is if truth be told old adequate to teach her to swallow a pill undamaged. This is how I solved the problem with my most stubborn one.
