Maybe you can swot up to forget certain parts of your energy. If it is something really bad that happen to you; maybe you could bring back some counseling to help you see it within a different way so you can live beside it. Maybe you will find that it wasn't as bad as you may reflect it is now.

Don't delete it, but choose to learn from it and trademark the best outcome from the experience. Only Jesus can "delete". But the experience remains. Be healed of it. Learn from it.
