Need to settle my stomach NOW!!?

I ate TOO much for dinner. I've had Pepto, Pepcid, and purely been resting. I ate over 4 hours ago, and I consistency bloated and disgusting. This happened to me back, and I wake up the subsequent morning, and cannot eat for hours. Anyone enjoy a quick remedy?!?

Okay, I am a stomach expert. Trust me!!

Try mylanta and gas - x. Although you may not hold gas, it will relieve the pressure in your stomach and you won't get the impression so bloated. Take 2 at first. If within an hour, you don't quality any relief, filch 2 more. Just try not to take more than 4 every 24 hours unless your docter say it is okay.
i usually use Maalox Max in the red bottle it help Fast.

i wouldn't take too much more. 1) you are freshly putting more into a stuffed tummy and 2) you're going to o.d. on meds! you are going to have to sit (with or minus an h in in attendance lol) it out. . .

ginger is a natural anti-nausea.. worked great when I be pregnant... Also now the merely thing I use. weather it be putting ginger within my Tea or ginger ale or Verners it all works individually I prefer Verners the fizz helps as in good health break up that heavy fear.
