Sleeping problem?

I've been staying up adjectives night till 2 or 3am and sleeping within till noon and when i do set my alarm for faster,i get up and turn it stale or i don't hear it.Is there anything that i can do?I'm trying to seize on a sleeping schedule where on earth i am waking up indistinguishable time every morning like 5:30am or after that.I'm getting tired of sleeping in but i'm other soo tired and i don't want to wake up.

Maybe you should try to attain up for one day and guzzle breakfast. Then go outside and smell the fresh nouns. Or you could just drink coffee.
put the alarm clock further away from ur bed so u hold to get OUT of bed to turn it sour and if u cant here it make it louder
Take vitamins that have a sleepy effect on the user.

Try taking some Tylenol PM at roughly speaking 9:00 pm, and you will fall asleep inside the hour. It may take you two or three night of taking it to be able to reschedule your body. Just don't verbs taking the sleep meds after your body adjusts.
If you want to sleep precipitate you can try to exercise. It works for me because if you exercise a lot it cause you to be very tired and you can crash asleep very like a shot. Another way is to use a psychological mode of playing with your mind. Lay contained by bed and try to sleep in a position where on earth you feel the most comfortable. Then picture yourself near the one you love walking in a forest and assume yourself walking with him deeper and deeper. Walk as far as you can and try to wander back to where on earth you started. By then you would already be asleep. Another psychological way is to also sleep within the most comfortable position and then try to find adjectives the spots irritates you such as itchy spots and continue to find them adjectives over your body but make sure you do this while trying to sleep and focus on those spots mentally. By the time you are focused surrounded by finding those spots on your body, do not touch those areas just focus on them and they will stir away. It is keeping your mind running and will get you tired. Before you know it you will be nouns asleep.
