Its called a piece of junk. You dont need an ab machine, the people in those advertisement definetely didnt use any of those machines to get what they have.

AND ALSO, if you are overweight, theres no point in spending money buying an ab machine, or doing any ab exercises, its a waste of your time. Its not going to make your stomach smaller. Only exercise and diet will.
I think its called 6 second Abs...

i think those people are not use this kind of machines they can go gym and make abs in good shapes.
