Whenever i go anywhere thats higher altitude then where i live i feel like crap?
Answer:
the higher the altitude the less oxygen. elite competitive swimmers actually spend some time during the year training at a high altitude. thats because it works the lungs a lot more than at sea level. when they come back down to sea level they find it easier to swim. some ufc fighters train at higher altitudes too for the same reason.
the reason why you feel so awful is b/c here is less oxygen in the air than you are used to. Once you have lived in those condtions then you will get used to them and it will not bother you as badly.

*Take motion sickness medication. Drowsiness is the only known side-affect. It should eliminate all other terrorizing symptoms.
*Stick to walking.
hoped that helped.
