I saw some letters next to my blood type - what do they mean?

Apparently my bloodtype is A+ C+ E- c+ e+ K- . I know what A+ means, what does the rest mean? I know this is probably quite confusing and I'm sorry if it is.

Answer:
I think all that matters to you is the A+ bit. The rest is information on phenotypes (measurable genetic traits) and red blood cell antigens.
