Im have trouble sleeping at hours of darkness?

im dancing alot this summer, rumba and i have to be up untimely in the morning but i cant obtain to sleep until 1 or 2am and i have to be up at 8 sometimes. I'm usually worthless for class, Help!?

well, i'm other up so late only just to play computer games! haha..

what i do is that i force myself not to take forty winks in the afternoon and produce myself be as tired as possible until the normal sleeping time later i sleep for 7 hours. After a few days, i would adapt put money on to the normal sleep hours already.
try using a diff matress similar to trade with a sibbling or possibly your parent's (if you have equal size bed)
try and drink hot tea or hot coffee and see how that work
It sounds like you involve to reset your sleep schedule. The push button is to get up at indistinguishable time every day, even on the week-ends. Then dance to bed 15 minutes earlier every dark, until you are getting a reasonable amount of sleep.

try to get yourself a moment or two tired one day resembling a little smaller quantity sleep like 6 hours and run to bed at 11 then sleep for 8 hours or so but you forgot to influence how old you be because that depends on how many hours of sleep you have need of but anyways do that the first day do it similar to that then sleep at 11 or 12 and sleep how several hours you fell rested not to much over because you will fall contained by this cycle again this is really hard for me to explain surrounded by text but i own some problem like this in the future i need to be contained by bed late and in the future i need to be surrounded by early but its sturdy to get use to it the first couple days but as soon as you start you catch into the cycle i don't know if i explain it right or so you can understand but i hope this help its different for everybody thow
