I would say that she is athletic and just not drinking enough but it is impossible to make clear to from one picture. Models are pressured to keep their mass down. That's what she gets rewarded for.

Well i've seen women near that kind of build since but she looks to be a runway model which is a proffesion where drinking disorders are quite adjectives.
She's a professional model...so she's going to be extremely skinny and many hold eating disorders surrounded by order to fit into the clothing and draw from jobs.
High shutting down designer clothing generally go to a size 12 (like what you see on the runway) and if you bought those in a regular store, it would be more close to an 8-10 in fit.
She's a runway model...she's both high and skinny/maybe anorexic.

She is skinny... possibly anorexic. But I still think she is elegant. And she actually doesn't look sick similar to Jaslene does (The girl that won America's Next Top Model)
