Answers: sometimes strep throat can cause your stomach to be upset. but sinus drainage can rationale your throat to hurt and irriatate your stomach as well. sometimes you can still own drainage and not have a stuffy/runny snout. maybe you're lately starting with a cold and don't hold all your symptoms but. have you gotten a flu shot? hope it's not the flu, it can also create both of those symptoms. hope you feel better!
This be how my 18 year old's flu started day until that time yesterday, and he has be in bed for 2 days immediately, including right now! New Year's Eve for a bash boy, unbelieveable. First complaint was a headache, pressure down the eyes in faddy, which often happen with any sinus or flu. If you are not stuffy, probably not a sinus infection at this point. He threw up only once, out of the blue on year one, then be not hungry at all for 2 days. Strep throat is so scratchy you feel approaching you have swallowed broken cup and requires a diagnostic swab in a lab and antibiotics to cure, it is also outstandingly contagious.
