My eyes hurt and I be wondering can squinting to see better craft your eyes hurt? Because I squint alot.?

My eyes hurt more and more it seems close to, and I am squinting alot because it helps me see better. I be wondering if it is possible that squinting is hurting my eyes? What should I do, because I cannot see well from a distance if I don't squint.

It probably wont hurt your eyes. i suggest getting glasses. i know from personal experience. in the past i got goggles when i squint my vision get better. but its easier to get contacts or goggles.
