How can I strengthen my nerves?

I've been told I'm psychologically tenancy. Does that have anything to do next to nerves?

It could have something to do next to nerves. Nerves, confidence, opinions, beliefs, nouns. Here are a few things that I think can abet someone become a psychologically stronger person.

Try doing deeds that you know you can succeed in. When you succeed and do powerfully at those activities, you will boost your confidence. If you're struggling next to something (a new sport, rock-hard class, new charge, etc) and you don't see yourself winning or succeeding, it can really acquire you down sometimes. Find ways to boost your confidence. Do stuff in your free time that you really soak up, things you know you're good at, things you know you can succeed contained by. Get that confidence boost. Then go subsidise, with a stronger and more positive attitude, and try those difficult things again.

You can ponder about adjectives the things about yourself that you similar to. Physical things, mental things, scholastic things, etc. Then, think in the region of a few of the things you don't like roughly yourself. Maybe you wish you be better at math, more well spoken, more muscular. Out of those things that you don't similar to about yourself, here may be some that you can't change, that you hold no control over. However, there are probably some that you do hold control over. See what you can do to improve on those things. Consider youself, your flaws, as a project, and add to them. Maybe get a math tutor, hold a public speaking class, or start lifting weights. Even if you just clutch two or three things about yourself that you didn't aid for, and you change them, next you'll feel better something like yourself, and be stronger.

You should have strong opinion, and know what you believe in. Don't similar to something or believe in something a moment ago because your friends or family or tv show or magazine or tutor tells you to. Watch the report, read the paper, read books, read magazine, and make up your own mind. It's ok if a trend (in music, clothing, politics, etc) comes up and you don't similar to it or you disagree with it. You should know what YOU resembling and make your own style and opinion. That will make you a stronger personality.
