What helps with memory?

I have a friend who has been experiencing memory loss...nothing bad like cant remember phone number or address...but simple things like who said something or how long ago something happened (even a week ago)... whats the best way to help with memory? I know St Johns wart or ginkoba or SOMETHING is suppose to help...also are they games or exersices to help?

Answer:
Just not paying much attention to what people are saying in a conversation or not being really "all there" when something happens can result in a lapse of memory. It is not much to worry about as our short term memory is prone to decay.

Nothing you can eat will improve your memory despite claims to the contrary. Try the Reader's Digest magazine for their "it pays to increase your word power" and playing "scrabble" or doing cross word puzzles in the daily paper.

I hope you remember this, HA! good health, peace and love!
