I am not tired.?
But as of falling asleep I dont feel tired I only wanna get out of my bed and do something, anything. So I am tonight trying to put my heartiness to doing homework which i am doing atm. But i seem not to be tired at adjectives tried everything. Melatonin which is supposed to help you trickle asleep. Also have tried reheat milk
Btw, I just quit playing World of warcraft to rearrange my life and grades. today but enjoy been playing smaller quantity and less of it over yesteryear 4 days. I dont know if it a conidence.
Answers: It could be withdrawl? I know when I've been playing a winter sport for days on end, it's TRUE hard to jump to sleep. Your sleep patterns may be screwed up at the mo.
What I try to do is progress to bed at a 'normal' time, then only lay there. If my mind is thinking just about too much, as it does a fair bit, a short time ago try to block that out and think of breathing. If the nouns of breathing doesn't make you stop thinking of things, chew over of the words 'in' 'out' to think over that stuff, consequently when you're calm newly listen to breathing. I know it sounds boring, but you might just involve to make a sleep model. Unfortunately it might take 4 night to a week to make a mannerism.

Try wash your face by reheat or cold water and wipe your eyes too. Do not dring milk as it wont help you much. Try drinking Hot Tea this really help you to be active.
