Help cant sleep....?

wen i go to bed at nite i struggle to sleep. i relax up to that time bed and try hard to sleep but i other get a thought come within to my head and thats it im awake adjectives nite thinking about it. i dont know y sometimes it not even somat worth thinking give or take a few but it keeps me awake.. i not want meds as i get a young child and not resembling takin em.
can anyone give me warning please help... xx

Try staying away from caffeine & anything that stimulates the mind, listen to some relaxing, soft music. Eat at regular times & hold yourself active. Keep to this & you will soon start to sleep resourcefully..YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT. xxxxxxxxxx
Stay off the computer beforehand you go to bed. You'll find that your mind Is not race as much.
welcome to my world. i lay and stare at the ceiling for hours. everyone is different. sometimes when my insonia isnt so bleak. i can drink a tall cup of milk and be sleeping in an hour. That is adjectives i can think of besides the over the counter sleep aides. I hope you catch some rest soon.
Try getting into a positive routine, go round the house locking the doors, closing the window. Try drinking hot milk and most importantly don't think going on for sleeping.
if that's persisting for weeks, next i suggest u see a doctor. otherwise u can take any over the counter sleeping aid
hiya sweetheart, you could try reading a book for an hour or so previously bed, this will make your eyes tired. or a mug of hot milk. failing that you could try a bottle of tequila im moderately sure this will help you sleep!!
we Muslims enjoy "sleep prayer" we say it when we lay on bed

A couple of hours before going to bed cause sure you don't drink anything with caffiene surrounded by it! No coffee,tea or pop. Those things make you stay up. You stipulation to do some relaxing exercises before going to bed. try some breathing relaxation! Or you could try to kind a list of things thats on your mind or stressing you out! Write them adjectives down and put it aside and say to yourself that you can concordat with adjectives of this tommorrow! If all of this falls read a book, that other puts me to sleep!!LOL
