Does anxiety and depression sort of go together? Worry so much that not a soul thought roughly speaking you.?

A person who have anxiety gets really depressed when he or she misses out on things...

Answer:
You bet I'm a nurse. Try to see someone similar to a doctor for medication. Don't worry the medication works so all right in various people and they live ordinary lives. Every one needs something at one time contained by their lives. Take care and I aspiration you all the best, sway in near
YES! but it's my opinion
They can any go together or be entirely separate.
yes they travel together. Worry about yourself and whats far-reaching to you. Learn to laugh.
I agree beside neil and look at any medical book to find physiological similarities!
When you have anxiety roughly something it can be really bad for your body because it's cause your body to worry adjectives the time. This can cause your body to become depressed because your other anxious. So yes they do go mitt in appendage.
They do often stir together. I have duplicate worries when I am depressed, think citizens hate me, etc. When you find the right medication, they do help that relatively a bit, then you capture better social suppport, which helps the depression even more.

Good luck!!
Anxiety and depression are normally co-occurring. Luckily, some antidepressants are actually pious for treating anxiety as well!
The more depressed you become the more anxious you are going on for it! So you force yourself to get going and cart part surrounded by life and later you get so anxious you own an anxiety attack thinking about going out into public! You want to squirrel away! So you sleep, then you grasp anxious cause you know this is out of the ordinary so---you get an anxiety attack! Vicious cycle! So you capture out for awhile and smile like the Camilion you are and gain in conversations and totally "play" the dull person only out for the day! Alas as time go by you begin to be aware of anxious, why you don't know, cause you hold no reason to be home not a soul is worried where you are, but something keep digging at you like your supposed to be home. Then your depressed again because, indeed not a soul is wondering where you are or even care. Ain't it grand? be there. Time to create routines and force yourself to do them! That's my agenda for the light of day!
Yes they do. It's like a roller coster. Up and down.
People who enjoy this do well beside medications. See you're doctor as soon as possible. It could be serious.
Anxiety can head to depression easily. If you hold general anxiety disorder you do miss out on plentiful activities that others do and can surface left out. Worse still is if you enjoy panic disorder beside agoraphobia as that limits your interactions near others greatly. Any time there is a disconnect from a social duration it makes you interrogate your "normality." If X can go here next why can't I? It all can build up and attack your self esteem.

All anxiety, no thing how bad it feel, does not last. Things will turn back to the approach you wanted it, but leniency is the key. Get the backing you need, focus on your goal and do not be hard on yourself. There's nil "wrong" with you.
While anxiety and depression are two separate issues, they can come about together.

Anxiety is a thinking problem. Depression is a mood related issue.

Excessive worry or concern in the region of anything can cause a character to feel depressed.

You put together mention of worrying about not a soul caring. Perhaps a approach to think roughly this is that either:

1. There are nation who care in the order of you, and you just don't realize it.

2. There are associates who would care in the order of you, if they met you.....and you just haven't met them however.

I am guessing by your question that you may be thought hurt and depressed, AND, somewhat of a reality check here,

Anxiety (excessive verbs or concern) is a poor use of your imagination. You are believing (incorrectly) that you know some future outcome, or that you know what everyone think about you.

The truth is you are okay, purely like everyone else. You will be paid mistakes, like everyone else. Good things, and not so upright things will happen within your life, lately like everyone else.

You are within control of what you think, and if you don't approaching or agree with any thought, you don't own to do anything; and you have the freedom of choice to regard as and believe whatever you want.

If you are inept to deal beside your anxiety on your own, seek some guidance from a licensed shrink or counselor.

Deal with the untrue worries just about yourself, and the depression will have no idea to exist.
