Insecurity problem? what can i do?
Answer:
I am very insecure as well so I can relate and I have pushed many people away. Try very hard every time you find yourself saying something to put yourself down to think to yourself "dont say that." Its called self-talk. I'm sure you are a wonderful person and somehow I doubt that all the bad things that you think about yourself are actually true. Try very hard not to vocalize your negative thoughts about yourself. If you must, keep a diary of the negative thoughts and then think about them to decide if they really are true or not. You don't want to lose your bf over this. Good luck!
i cant say anything personally specific as u havent mentioned the insecure problem...
but every time u do this make sure u punish urself in sum way.. NOT ANYTHING DRAMATIC THO!!
u could go and talk to sum mates and fix the problem slowly...
take little steps and dont try to fix it all at once tho
Insecurity is probably the least attractive thing ever. No body's perfect. Super model's aren't real people. & You have to let your insecurities go. Get hypnotised.
Why are you insecure? If it's insecurity and jealousy based on nothing, then relax and focus on your relationship without the bad thoughts. Be happy about who you are. You'll both be happier.
If a person lacks certainty and security, they will become insecure. And when an insecure person decides to tackle the constant battle of being in a relationship with another person, they will point their finger and blame the other person (when everyone knows that blaming is never an effective method of problem-solving), they will act jealous and they may become deceptive in order to attain the information that they suspect if being hidden from them. They behave in this apparently idiotic manner in order to gain stability.
Rather than acting like an emotional basket case when a problem arises, it’s better to share your insecurities before they become an active problem. Put aside your pride.
