How can i become more balanced and confident?

As quickly as by the hour, my confidence will drop drastically or sky rocket until i'm feeling what seems almost like a "high." It has caused me to become reclusive and very emotionally unstable. Friends of mine try to help, but when you don't understand a problem, how can you find a solution. I, myself don't understand what's going on. I need help, and fast.

Answer:
Sounds like you have a self esteem
problemb..You should try and get some sort
of counceling before it gets worse..good luck!!
First of all, you can stop by giving up so easily.

And its actually a very simple solution. You need to figure out what you are good at. And dont give me the "im not good at anything" crap... because EVERYONE is good at something.

Whether it be singing or drawing, dancing, cooking, sewing, painting, biking, thinking, whatever. you can even be good at eating and sleeping for all i care, but you are good at SOMETHING.

Once you figure out what you like or what you WANT to be good at doing, go to it. get involved in something you enjoy and something you know you will get pleasure out of. If you like to draw, draw more and more and more and try and sell your drawings one day, go to a museum.. do things that will PROVE to you that you are better than you think you are.

The problem is, most people live in their little tunnel and never see their full potential. Once you understand what YOU are capable of, confidence will follow. And ACTING on those things will build a balance.

trust me. Its do-able. and not at all hard. just remove yourself from your tunnel, take a step back and look at the big picture. its never too late to re-create yourself. and it could be a lot of fun in the process ;)

good luck.
