My 5 year old was perscribes celexa, anyone have any bad side effects?

I went to the manufactures website and captured the following word for word.

"Celexa is not approved for use in pediatric patients".

I imagine he is on various others meds also for his autism. I am deeply concerned that any doctor would prescribe this for a child.
