Sleep deprived?

I have been up all night...
i cant go to bed if i do i wont get up intime for my nieces birthday...I know i should have went to sleep.. but iwas up making her a cd.. so can someone tell me a way to make sure i stay up!!

Answer:
An energy drink will probably just make you jittery. You can try some breakfast and a cup of coffee or a soda. Find something to focus on to get done and be hyper about it...it might keep you up and at 'em until after the party. When I stayed up all night in college, a 45 minute nap was just about perfect. But I would only do that AFTER I got done with stuff for the day. Because, yeah, oversleeping happens. :-)
drink some coffee, buy an energy drink. lol stay on ByeDr.com until it's time to go. watch tv. just don't get too comfortable. and stay at a good temperature (like a sweatshirt or w/e if it's cold..being summer it shouldn't be) but don't get really warm. at this time of the morning if i curled up in a blanket and got comfortable i'd pass right back out.
What? You are jumping around to much and I am lost.
set the clock for a 20 minute nap. And lay down with your feet higher than you head. no matter how hard it may seem get up after the 20 minutes. For some reason naping like this with your feet higer than your head will refresh you better than if you slept for 3 hours. Part of the reason why is if you go in to the REM part of sleep it is harder to wake up. your body will want to stay sleeping. this short nap will trick your body in thinking you are alot more rested. It works.
Well just do not lay down, cause you will proably fall asleep. you could drink some really strong coffee. Or go and take a cold shower that will wake you up. Or just call where you niece lives, and tell them you are going to lay down for a while, and you want to be there on time for the party, so would they please call and wake you up, so you can get a little bit of sleep, and still be at the party on time.
CAFFINE!
Coffee
