What do you think is the best way to quit a habbit?

Answer:
depends on the habit?? There are many clinics etc out there with counsellors and medication regimes. I used to work in the drug and alcohol field and a combination of self determination, social support ie family friends etc plus medication if necessary for withdrawal symptoms. Some people like AA and NA, depends on your view point but give anything a go and something may just be the right path to help you kick your 'habit'.
I wish you strength and luck, be determined and treat it like a challenge. you'll be amazed how strong you feel mentally as well as physically not to mention better off financially...
!!!STOP IT!!!
start a good habbit in its place. like going running or something else that is constructive.
