Lately I have started to procrastinate more and more. My motivation? In the dumps, any suggestions?

I have always had trouble sleeping well, and have been told that I have sleep apnea, but I'm not sure if that is a factor or if it is all related. I have had some trouble with depression also, and some days, I could just spend the entire day in bed, and would if for not having to get up to use the toilet. I know I am in a rut, I just don't know how to get out of it completely.

It could be all related. Severe sleep apnea, if not treated can literally mean that your body isn't resting fitfully through the night, resulting in your body and mind not to be functioning the way it should. You could feel tired and irritable.

Go to your sleep specialist and get treated for your sleep apnea. You might need to sleep with a CPAP machine to help you breathe or possibly surgery, but once your body gets the sleep it so desperately misses, you'll feel more like yourself!

Okay, your depressed, you need to force yourself to get up get dressed and do something, at the moment your up? staying in bed all day give you a bad case of bed hair. Get up get out and talk to some people verbally .
