Help! How do I organize my life?

I need advice on how to organize my life. I work full time and I want to start studying for a grad school exam. I need advice on how to organize my work, studies, social life, gym, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I am starting to feel a little overwhelmed and I dont want any self doubt to creep in.

get planner and a calendar. on one of your days off go thorugh your home or dorm wherever.. and clean clean clean, oragnize all your things throw away anythign and everythig you dont need.. for your desk you a file cabinet and filefolders and use a pencil holed keep everything neat.. get rid of any chaios surrounding you and itll will be a lot easier to focus on your goals.
library's got books on this: use them.
Make a calendar, which can be accomplished via MS Word that has every hour of the day. Set aside times for everything you want to do, but be realistic. You still need to set aside private time, sleep time, and (as you mentioned) social time. However, you also need to realize that some things are going to take priority over others. I should know, I'm working on a Master's degree. Studying for the GRE (or any other test) may have to take priority over your social life, especially if you want to do well.
See http://www.getorganisednow.com/... & http://www.coping.org/ Get a large diary or binder, and schedule your time, using reminders in your cellular mobile phone, or a cheap $15 PDA, and email accounts (diary: Yahoo, Myway, Gmail, or Hotmail). Include an hour, or more, of "me time" daily.
Make a list of all the things you need to do, cross each thing off the list as you go and use it to prioritise.

Also, go through your house and make it spotless, disinfect and clean everything nicely.

Break big tasks into smaller ones ie

Instead of 'Clean the house' write, 'Bathroom, Vacuum, Kitchen, Bedroom, Fold washing'...
