I'm having lack of sleeping, I'm always thinking of sex, it can't go out of my mind, please I need help?

We are addicted to pleasure, we want to find pleasure and forget pain, if you can find pleasure in other hobbies the same pleasure sex gives you you have the mental ability to change the way you think about sex, example if you think of sex as this..I someday want to marry a girl and make love to her have children live a long, and happy life that is a healthier way of looking at it..you have the ability to stop the biochemical craving of sex, there are many factors to this, media, magazines, interenet, they are constinlty trying to manipulate the minds of young men especially young ones because to them you are a vulnerable person who they want to control through sex..yet in your mind you are way more than that, you must feel worthy, worthy of yourself, your life ..ok theres not many girls around you, maybe you should move to a happier place maybe an island, or a nice quiet clean area to live your life free of sexual worry..you just have to learn how to seperate the two sex, is sex, but love is stronger thn sex, becasue love is the most powerufl fiorce in the world..please allways remeber that you are stronger than your desires...allways
Sexual desire and sex in general contain and manifest energy that can be focused onto more productive things.
Sex in and of it's self, is a base and primal desire.
When you are desiring sex it is the lower/lesser part of yourself trying to come up.
You fight this by knowing that YOU are in control of your mind and body and not the body or "animal" aspect that is in control of you.
It is not uncommon for a man who gets sex on a regular basis to want sex more frequently.
However if you are in a situation where you are not getting sex and no sex is available then you are being given the opportunity to remove the control factor sex has over your life from your life.
It is a matter of mind over matter.
Just remember this, an animal can not contol its desire, you as a human can (or should be able to).
It is not easy and sometimes you have to give in, but focus on more productive and helpful things for yourself and the people around you and have a little faith in yourself, you can do it.
just stop thinking about it, the mind can think whatever you want it to think.
Handle it yourself and go to sleep :)
Make yourself busy with anything else,
hang out with your friends or do whatever
but try to keep yourself busy all of the time
