what can i do with this problem, is this middle-of-the-road?

Answers:    Totally normal for a immature teenager. You achieve so self-conscious that you over-examine everything that you do. I couldn't make eye contact for even a couple of years short feeling really anxious, but afterwards all of a sudden it go away and I didn't even notice it. Unless it's some form of autism, you grow out of it. I even HAVE mild autism and I grew out of it...and when I talk to other people just about it, they felt like peas in a pod way (when they be your age too).
i have matching problem as you i just look at the folks hair or nearby mouth and it works but if they are not talking i would look at in that eyes but its annoying.
