Depression/SAD?

I think I might suffer from SAD. Well I win more depressed around Winter time, and when the weather's bad. Plus I'm frightened everyday, of going to school. What's going to occur, and what people will voice about me. I don't know what to do. I'm not going to a doctor... Plus relations call me emo, if I stroke the slightest bit upset. It ******* pisses me off. I'm not emo...I be set to wtf? I know depression is a serious illness, and I'm not one of those ancestors that complain about their time when there's nothing wrong next to them. Any advice?


Answers:    I agree you should wish medical advice. There is a standard questionaire you will be asked to answer. Be totally honest when answering.

Depression is cause by a chemical imbalance within the brain. Your body naturally produces a hormone call serotonin. Hormone known as the relieved hormone. Sometimes, for whatever intention, your body makes smaller amount then plenty and you begin to develop symptoms.

Some of the symptoms can include ( but not restricted to) lethargy, inability to cope, absence of interest in anything, thoughts of harm self or others, and even anger. That last one usually surprises relations.

Some people require medication for a minimum of 6 months, but others call for to be on it longer. Some only seize depressed at certain times of the year...usually back Christmas.. some closer to February.

Every person is different but with the sole purpose a medical professional can help you. Seek minister to before the symptoms obtain too bad and you are not sufficiently expert to make an informed verdict.

feeling crappy during fruitless weather is totalyl normal.. and for one emo doesnt mingy depressed it means thrilling .. so unless your crying or oversensitive your definetly not emo. try talking to a friend.. adn try doind things that manufacture you happy resembling chillin wit family or sports etc...pious luck
