Y cant i remember things as economically as i could ultimate year ??

im 14 but last summer adjectives i did was computer and games and presently i have computer phantasm syndrome/eye fatigue, and i have stopped games and like mad of computer, just al ittle bit resembling now, but when i try to dream up of certain things its a struggle for me to remember when i used to remember everything photographicly, and in a minute i can barley remember what i had for breakfast some days. is this because of eye fatigue that i enjoy? sinse i cant see clearly (not literally clearly but fatigued) that i cant remember what i cant see clear? or did i fry my brains is it permanent? kinda timorous


Answers:    I don't think it's irreparable, but you still need to get hold of your brain refocused on outside activities and reading books...enjoy what you are learning.

Allow yourself to be bored and allow yourself some calmness time. When you have computer and tv stimulus adjectives day, your brain does hold a hard time focusing.
Really delight in your other activities and you will soon remember things better (you other remember something better when you enjoy it...allow yourself to savour it and you will learn it!)
i cant communicate you for sure whats causing it but you can other pick up some memory training books at the bookstore. thats what my boyfriend did and he stares at a pc adjectives day, hes a video team game programmer.
