Hearing a womans voice?

It may be a neighbor or a ghost. I live contained by an apartment. When sitting near my glass, I hear a womans voice. Real soft and seductive. I even hear her moaning and making sexually related heaves and ho's (like sex). It is annoying as hell and I recurrently yell at it calling it a whore and a ****. To no avail. Are my neighbors messing beside me? When I turn everything down, it stops. Do you think theres close to a slutty girl ghost haunting me or do you guess the whore downstairs is trying to get into my herald by being seductive while my TV is on? Or, is here some kind of nouns phenomenon with TV and HVAC system that donate the impression of a slutty girls voice? This is not a practical joke.
