Periods r irrregular?
Answer:
Pallu, u need to get into a good routine of physical exercises.
There are certain tablets u can take by consulting physicians. But that is also not permanent in nature. Before u do that, do various exercies like walking, skipping, cycling. Dont do all of it one day... Start with walking then slowly increase the exercises.
And keep a regular routine of physical exercises. Even Yoga will help.
Apart from this, ensure that u are not depressed or under any mental stress. If that's the case, talk it out and try to achieve a stress free state of mind.
Irregularity is because of imbalance of physical activities or mental stress. So just concentrate on getting this to normal and consult a physician.
How irregular and how long have you had your period for? If it's been a while, I'd go in and see your doctor. They might start you on birth control to get them more synchronized. I realize it's REALLY uncomfortable to have to go to your doctor about that, but it's your only choice, really.
honey u've just asked this question in the mental health secction. shouldnt this question be in womens health?
anyway, its normal, mine were irregular till was like 17. dont worry about it, it'll become more regular as ur body gets used to it n u get older.
i know somtimes irregular periods r caused by a change in somthing for example diet or traveling, thats how it was for me.
yeah, im 17 and mine are just whenever sometimes they dont come at al.if its not a bg problem and your health other than that is fine then no problem...but this is a mental health section:P
If I wasn't on the Pill, mine would be as irregular as hell and I'm 24. I think sometimes they settle down, sometimes you need a bit of help. Give it some time and then maybe speak to a doctor if you feel you really need them to become more regular.
