im 15 and my brother is 19. hes been stale of drugs for about a year. subsidise then he smoked, drank, and be addicted to plenty of other stuff. he was also terrifically depressed. hes also bipolar. but for the last year hes be clean for sure. he's be a weirdo, but he's been verbs. just a few minutes ago he told me he have gotten drunk again and smoked cigarettes. i sae the cigarettes. also, he was listen to music he hasnt listened to since he's quit everything. i know those things arenta big contract, but im posotive he'll go stern to hard drugs. he told me not to relate anyone. should i tell my parents?
