Pregnancy hormones or my mental illnesses? It's not to out of control. I moved away from the causes and have
Answer:
I don't know what mental illness (s) you may have or the meds you were on. I know minor depression is a natural part of life; it goes away with positive thoughts. I don't think your problem of an overactive mind is due to "pregnancy hormones" but I have never been pregnant. I have been closely associated with a woman through 4 successful pregnancies and she had no problems like yours. She was very calm, eager to and focused on becoming a mother (again). She had one child by natural childbirth and I helped deliver that baby, our third. I was physically (and mentally) present at all her birthings).
I can understand your losing sleep if you are worried about the birthing or something. My suggestion is to confide your fears to your husband; he can be the close support you need during this very important occasion in your life. He can feel your pains, empathize with your fears and just "be there" for you (besides rubbing your back when it aches from the weight of an 8 month fetus). That's what husbands are for. That is why and how "the two become one."
Good luck, happy motherhood, good health, peace and love!
I don't know much to say but I know my sister has hade seven kids and she gets very mean towards the due date me and her boy friend do what she wants or we pay for it lol.
