What is your best method for dealing with life's daily stressors?

She says "Take care of your business before it piles up and becomes stress"
I dont always do this, but wouldn't it be nice?
What I do for dealing with life and it's stressors is just learn to A-B-C-D...
Accept, Breathe, Change, Do
The first thing I do is ACCEPT the fact for what it is. I can't go back in time and change it, I can't stop the effects, and therefor I shouldn't stress out, I just accept it for what it is and do what I need to.
Then I BREATHE...really breathe. Take at least 1 or 2 (preferrably 5-10) minutes and focus on nothing but your breathing...it will increase the flow of oxygen to your brain and help you think more clearly. Close your eyes, focus, and breathe in for 5, out for 5...over and over, just relax.
Third is CHANGE...i asses the situation and change what I feel I need to, i always try to learn something. That change can be in attitude, action, perception, belief, or whatever.
Then I DO whatever I need to do to fix it and move on!!
At the end of the day, always take some "me" time. Take 15 minutes to clean up your house then take 15 minutes to do something for yourself. Paint your nails, make dessert, take a bath, always make sure to take care of yourself girl!!
dont have on, too much to deal with properly
at the end of the of the day have some me time take a bath or some oh and another one count to ten i know its kiddy but it realey works when your about to losse your temepere
I find it really helps to set aside time for yourself. So many times, we forget to do the things that are important to us! I have a really demanding job where everyone else's needs are met before mine, so here are some things I like to do for myself...
* read for about 30 minutes before bed
* take a warm bath
* write in my journal
* watch a favorite movie
* bake
* talk to someone about my day
* give myself a treat (ice cream, any fave food)
* take a walk
* play with my dog
* call my family
* listen to classical music
* take deep breaths
easy do what makes YOU feel good!
me i read the bible, i pray, i go to church, i find some good company to keep.
if not the things i do there are things you can do also that will help you.
I believe in Gods will try it.
