How do i escape the immaturity of highschool while i finnish my last two years there?
Answer:
Just put up with it. But don't forget to take the time to still be a kid while you can. You're in highschool, you deserve to laugh at a stupid joke or go do silly things. But otherwise, just remind yourself that you're going to be getting out in two years, so just grin and bear it.
Good luck! I've still got three years left.
do it by correspondence
You're going to have to put up with it just like the rest of us, but I'd suggest maybe taking higher placement courses if possible and finding something outside of school where you won't have to put up with the kids you go to school with.
Just be above it. ignore the people and they will leave you alone. will pick on others.
Everyone in your high-school can't be immature. Just settle in with a group of peers who share your same interests and goals. Befriend motivated individuals instead of immature ones. And well, just learn to be above the immaturity. You'll tough it out.
Remember why you're in school. Are you there to make friends or get your education? Keep the finished goal in mind and you'll get through it! Two years out of your life to deal with a bunch of immature kids is not so long. Smile and nod and keep your head up!! Don't give up and good luck to you!
idk, just ignore it, I do well, actually latley Im so in my own head, I hardley notice anything anymore
uhhh, drugs help like, pills to chill you out yeah
honestly...try to enjoy it.
you're not going to have the chance to be a kid everyday when you grow up, like you have right now.
im going into the 8th grade, and i always feel wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too mature for my grade. i've come to the conclusion that i may as well be myself, but try to let loose sometimes, and take advantage of it.
Depending on what state you're in you could take the GED instead and go to community college (or a 4-year university) in fall. That's what I'd recommend doing.
Alternatively, try reading the Teenage Liberation Handbook by Grace Llewelynn (sp?).
Or, if you stay in, just ignore your classmates. You'll survive, but if I'd had one of the two options above I wouldn't have stayed in school. Some people say that GEDs are bad, but when I moved to the US I took the GED instead of having my highschool diploma translated and no-one cared.
