How do i take my boss committed into a mental instituion?

she is bipolar and has extreme ocd. she say herself she needs tablets but has "no money". except she get her hair and nail done every week and is even on the nutrisystem diet. she is suicidal and thinks she can predict the adjectives. she talks nearly her problems to all the customers who come surrounded by and it is making her business slow. she is looney and everyone knows it. and she's engrossed over a man who left her to live next to another woman on the other side of the world. i really think she desires help. what can i do??

Answer:
Since she is personal next to you , you may need to procure personal with her too. Ask her roughly her family and does she own one. If you get somewherewith her try to obtain her to let you draw from in touch beside them. If not suggest her let you minister to her to see a professional, If she is suicical and has a plan stated , explicitly an emergency, but calmly , if U can , bring her committed to a hospital by going to the your City's psyche hospital to file for evaluation by a psychiatrist, if she refuse , you may have to bring the state Constables office located inside the hospital contained by order to folder a commitment on her for her own safety. I am a Director of Operations at a Psyche Outpatient Clinic , so we do this normally enough beside difficult patients.
Ring the mental hospital & talk to them. Ask in attendance advice.
She is your boss and within is no way you can force her to win help. If within is someone above her you can talk to them and report her behavior but so long as she is mentally competent in that is nothing anyone one can do to breed her get support.

i wouldn't try to acquire her committed to a mental institution. her family would hold to call to acquire her committed. you and everybody you work with should enjoy an intervention with her and narrate her she needs to wish therapyand tell her adjectives of the problems she is causing the business, and later immediately afterwards drive her to a prearranged appointment beside a therapist.
Apply the principle of hear no evil, see no evil and utter no evil.Wear earplugs so you don't have to listen to her crazy rant.Wear a blindfold so you don't have to see her upsetting mug and zip the mouth tight because you strongly grain like calling her a masterclass psycho.
TRY TO BE A FRIEND TO HER ...MAYBE THAT IS ALL SHE WILL NEED.
Unless she does something to physically injure you or blemishes your character surrounded by some way, near is very little you can do. Bi-Polar individuals regularly play around with their medication. There are times when they feel really polite and feel that they no longer involve the meds. Coming down 'all of a sudden' from these medications can motivation some major go before problems.

Perhaps you should just look for another employment. I know this isn't always natural, but probably for the best. This way you hang on to your peace of mind and are at least a bit at ease to go to work every morning.

Good Luck!
She sounds like the average American chick to me.

I couldn't work for someone like that. They call for help and in attendance isn't much you can do for them. People like that wear you down emotionally. I would find another commission if I were you or verbs to another department if you can.
There is such a thing as a Mental Inquest Warrant. Wherein, the accuse subject can be held for up to 36 hours and undergo mental evaluation. However, if it is found that such a warrant be filed underneath false pretences, legal performance can and will be taken against the one who took it out! Call a mental institution near you and ask for more info! Good Luck!
