Is Anxiety a Mental disease? I'm really anxious lately and I can't even sleep or study incentive?

No, surrounded by no way is anxiety a desease, it is a perfectlt instinctive phenomena, and millions of people are prone to anxiety attacks, which will inherently deprive them of their natural sleeping pattern, but when you are tired enough, you will most definitely fall to sleeping, so if you cannot sleep, freshly breathe slowly and deepply and relax a lot, your brain will peaceful itself, and sleep will follow slowly but almost surely, stress is a killer so you enjoy to do the above, and do NOT take any "slow you down drugs" during stressful moments they will severely likely do you abundantly more harm than the slightest bit of virtuous at all. yes it does sound approaching you're stressing out, a good track of relieving stress is exercise, also try having partially an hour a day to yourself, doing zilch, find a place where you surface calm and sit and chill out, this does wonders for your nerves.
sometimes stress and anxiety can be exagerated by hormones, if you are on the pill or enjoy a hormone based coil, after the extra hormone you are taking may not be helping you (i know this from personal experience)

Anxiety is usually accompanied my some form of depression if you don't quality low just own anxiety i would suggest some form of meditation, or try something like lavender grease in a tub before you turn to bed and also put a couple of drops of the lavender oil on your pillow in the past you got to sleep this can assist you sleep and is also well certain to help the body and mind to relax hope this help in some agency
