You take Strattera once a day and the effects should be with in approx 30 mins or so. By the end of the night the Strattera is completely out of your system because during the day it is a slow release so as it slowly release and has served it's purpose basically you pee it out 100%, so by the next am it is gone until you take your next one.
It is a good drug with really good results.
