I would think its reality, because schizophrenia deludes people into hallucinating, and the opposite of hallucination is reality, so the opposite of a disease that creates a false reality is a condition of absolute reality.
Probably Autism.
The opposite to schizophrenia is being normal. If you have schizophrenia you lose touch with reality and sometimes make up your own.
If you're still in touch with reality and know what's actually going on, you're healthy...At least in that way.

Anti-schizophrenia or Brain dead. Don't think there is, but I'd like to meet the person.
