Well, I'm pleased that you are competent to recognise when your friend is being unresponsive aggressive. She obviously have some issues with one able to be break open about her inner health about things and uses manipulation to bring herself heard. This is adjectives and only ill if you use it all of the time to hurt those.
You could point out to them that it's not going to work on you and that you won't listen to it. Maybe every time they are passive aggressive you could circumspectly ask why they're being that course. I have friends who do alike thing and it's difficult because they don't realise they're doing it, and I know I've be guilty of doing it myself!
